Provider FAQ
No. Only the REMS Partner tier requires an existing Echolight device. Function Bone Health License holders receive equipment as part of the setup package, and Specialist Network members refer clients to existing FBH locations — no equipment needed.
REMS Partners pay $500/month for access to the FBH booking platform, marketing support, client pipeline, and provider dashboard. FBH retains a 15% commission on each booking made through the platform.
License holders pay a $30,000 setup deposit that covers equipment procurement, location setup support, staff training, and brand materials. We provide our business blueprint and a pipeline of clients. Ongoing costs are $99/month, and FBH retains 30% of each scan's revenue. You operate under the FBH brand with dedicated territory protection.
Specialist Network members receive a unique referral link. For every client who completes a REMS scan through your referral, you earn 30% of the consultation fee ($82.50 per $275 referral). Premium members ($49/mo) get priority listing and enhanced analytics.
All partners receive protocol training, client communication guides, and dashboard onboarding. License holders receive comprehensive in-person or virtual training covering device operation, result interpretation, client management, and business operations.
Function Bone Health License holders receive dedicated territory protection — we will not place another licensed location within your designated area. REMS Partners and Specialist Network members are not territory-restricted.
REMS Partners and Specialist Network members are typically onboarded within 5-7 business days. Function Bone Health License holders require 4-8 weeks for full setup including equipment procurement, location preparation, staff training, and launch.
Yes. Partners can upgrade their tier as their business grows. A Specialist Network member can become a REMS Partner by acquiring equipment, or a REMS Partner can convert to a License model. Our team will guide the transition process.
